How Our Age Verification Works

What we are doing to prevent minors from ordering:

After inspecting the data that FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb presented on November 15th, 2018 we decided that there was more work for us to do to prevent youth access of our ENDS (Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems). Before this message was announced we were already working closely with BlueCheck to develop a custom built age verification process that is more stringent than our last one. Starting November 20th, 2018 we will have an updated age verification process that will be mandatory for first time users to complete. This process will consist of taking the data the customer provides, and giving them an option to either verify that data with the last four of their SSN, or by taking a photo of both them and their ID at checkout. We are confident this measure will keep minors from accessing our products. In addition to this, we will and we have been contacting consumers with orders of a suspicious nature. Every order is manually reviewed even after it has passed through BlueCheck's strict age verification process. We have also gone through our website and have removed any backgrounds of products that could be "appealing" to minors such as fruit. We hope by removing these aspects from our product images that it will discourage any minors from trying these flavors. We are aware of the serious issue of nicotine addiction in America's youth from the data of 2017. VapeGodShop is committed to keeping these products out of the hands of minors, and only putting them in the hands of legal adults that are preferably addicted to combustible cigarettes. Our hope is that we can continue to save lives and reduce the risk for adult smokers. We are and will continue to abide by all FDA requirements to help do our part.
