By purchasing from VapeGodShop.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the case your item is faulty, a photo must be sent to us within 48 hours of you receiving the package. You can send this photo to vapegodshop@gmail.com. We do not guarantee a decision will be made in your favor, as it will be reviewed. Once reviewed we will get back to you with our decision.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If refund is accepted, we will take 10% profit from the initial order and return the other 90% back to you. We do this because process and handling/restocking charges.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery will not be accepted, and you the buyer will have to pay shipping cost for the item to be re-shipped to your location.
Any item that is on sale is not eligible for a return/refund.
International Refund/Cancelation & Returns (Does Not Apply To Our USA Customers):
For no reason will we cancel or refund an order/item shipped internationally (including Canada) as shipping cost and time are too high. We also do not accept returns from any international areas for the same reasons. Please order at your own risk. Addresses can not be confirmed for international residences, we will ship to the address you enter at checkout. Once item is shipped changing addresses will be impossible and you, the buyer accepts all credibility for entering wrong information and fully understands the above. We do not guarantee your item will make it across the border and get through Customs. It is important that you, the buyer follow all local laws and familiarize yourself with them and expect them to change without notice. By purchasing from VapeGodShop.com, you agree to order at your own risk, because for any reason if the item does not get to you we will not refund/accept returns. If item does get sent back to us by Customs (Only Customs, We Do Not Accept Returns From The Buyer) successfully we may give you the option to re-pay shipping for another attempt to deliver the package. We will only consider (not guaranteed) this if the package is still not opened and in original condition. The delivery time frame is only a calculation and by no means do we guarantee packages to arrive within 7-21 business days. The "7-21 business days" time frame does not include customs holding the package or order processing. Orders containing nicotine or more than 3 items will be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Usually 3-5 Business Days).
In the case of a reoccurring order "Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one delivery before you are able to cancel. After your first shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees."
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping time:
When we say "(1-4 Business Days)" for USA orders, and "(7-21 business days)" for international orders this is only an estimate and by purchasing you agree to understand that we do not guarantee delivery in this time frame. You also agree to understand that when we say order processing usually takes "up to 1-2 business days" for USA orders and "up to 5 business days" for international orders that we do not guarantee your order will be processed in this time frame as well.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vapegodshop@gmail.com
Memberships
No refunds, all membership purchases are final. However, you can cancel the next auto-renew before it goes live once the required commitment period is over. You can visit section 25 of our terms of service for more information regarding the trial period for each membership.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
